Hydrophilic sealing bar made of sodium bentonite and butyl rubber.
For preventive sealing only of construction joints and must be completely square butted in concrete. The bar swells after contact with water and clogs the joint. If the water is removed, the material returns to its original dimension.
It retains its original form after repeated wet-dry cycles.
