Ready to use water primer with great penetration ability. Provides stabilisation of rotten and waterproofing of absorbent substrates, improves adhesion of coatings and assures smooth surface on final coating. Surfaces already painted with ceiling paint must be primed first, before the application of acrylic or emulsion paint. Recommended for use as a primer before coating with HYDROLAST-PU/W.
