EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION COMPOSITE SYSTEMS

An External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) consists of specific materials with specific structure and function that are used for the thermal insulation of the external walls of buildings. Thermo-insulation plates are fixed onto the substrate with the use of glue and special anchors, and are covered by an external coating. This coating is based on a slurry (basic coating) that is reinforced with fibreglass mesh and is completed with the final coloured coating.


An ETICS provides:

  • the most correct application of thermal insulation in construction physics terms
  • protection of the building exterior from all forms of moisture
  • free architectural and colour formulation of facades
